document needs to be politically correct..even mail too..
people who is suffering from layoff fever started seeing this too..so be prepared :-)
if the people cant accept their mistake they should no even blame others even for a small thing..what is the need to have meetings if the correct message is conveyed to people ;-(
i really didnt like this at all ..!
Lesson of the day: Do not let one mistake over-shadow the past good deeds :)
